Currently going through this right now. Im coming off orientation in a week and im full of dread and anxiety when im not at work. I love it when im there and i know what im doing, and everyone is telling me "youre too hard on yourself," but then im not fast enough. I feel like my nervous system is hijacked. I was fortunate to get a longer orientation so im already 5 months in, but im already thinking about where to go after this year.

New Grad year has overdelivered. Expected to feel crap & stupid. And I sure do. How I didn't walk 2,000 km home on Day 2 still astounds me. Inconsistent support, condescending shoutiness, impatience & it's just shit. I hate it. Of course we compare ourselves to others.
